I doubt that somehow ;D How was your day, anyway? :)
peachy! although i am in need of a nap, i woke up at 5 this morning because i had to drive back to school to make it to class on time (4 hour drive + traffic) and now i’m wondering why i’m not in bed yet…
Haha you evidently don't have it much! ;D Granted, it is nice to look at, and it's nice when it's just settled. But once it's been there for a while and people walking/vehicles moving have compacted it all, it gets very icy. I'm well known for my lack of balance so you can guess how that will play out ;)
hahah i can guess but i’d rather witness it… make a video or something. that’d be entertaining. :)
so i packed my stuff up to get ready for the 4 hour drive back to school.. knowing i’d hit traffic no matter what time i left because of thanksgiving weekend.
i sat in traffic for about 30 minutes… making it about 10 miles… before getting off and turning around to come back home. THERE IS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO SIT IN THAT FOR THE NEXT 10 HOURS. which at that rate, is how long it would have taken me.
g-ville, i’m sorry. but we’ll just have to see each other tomorrow morning. speaking of which, anyone care to wake me up at 5 so i can be on the road by 6? no? okay. didn’t think so. thanks anyway.
One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that was going on inside himself. He said, “My son, it is between two wolves. One is evil: Anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego. The other is good: Joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith”. The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?” The old Cherokee simply replied: “The one I feed”. ~ Author unknown
