Bashar - The Four Laws of Creation

There are really only 4 laws in creation that allow you to experience everything that you experience.

1) You exist.

You can’t do much about that. If you exist now, you always will… and you always have. Therefore, you may change form, but you always exist in some way shape or form. Because “Isness” is the only quality that existence has, it does not know how to become nonexistent. Nonexistence is already full of all of the things that will never exist and there is no room in nonexistence for that which does exist.That which exists only has one quality, to be. And thus, that is the only thing it will always be. So if you do exist, you always will.. so, relax.

2) The one is the all and the all are the one.

All of the pieces together form the one, and the one is the one, but knows itself simultaneously as all the pieces. Creation is not separate form the creator but is made of the creator. There is no outside to it. Everything that is, every discrete person, place, thing, every discrete concept, every discrete part, is a part of one same whole and also holographically every single part is the whole expressing itself as a part of the whole.

3) What you put out is what you get back.

Very simple. The energy you put off based on your beliefs, your emotions, your behaviors, the vibrational frequency you give off… is what determines the kind of reality experience you have. Physical reality doesn’t exist except as a reflection of what you strongly believe is true for you. That is all physical reality is, it is literally like a mirror. IF you are looking into a mirror and you see your face with a frown on it, you know that you don’t go over to the mirror and try to force the reflection to smile; you know that if you want to see the reflection smile, you must smile first. There is no way to change the reflection without you smiling first, but you can also conversely understand that when you decide to smile, the reflection has no choice but to return the smile because it doesn’t have a mind of it own. Physical reality very much is really like the mirror; it will not change until you do first. But if you do, it has no choice but to follow suit, because it only a reflection of what you have put out. 

4) Change is the only constant and everything changes except the first 3 laws.

That is it. 1, 2, 3, 4. That is it. every experience you have ever had, are having now, or will ever have is based of a combination of these 4 laws to varying degrees. When you allow yourself to make choices, then your choices are based on your motivation, and your motivation is based on your definition. Your behavior, your choices, are based on your motivations, your emotions, which stem from your definitions, which are your beliefs. Any time you are making a choice it is always because you are motivated to make that choice.

What if we remembered?

I wonder what would happen if we were to suddenly remember everything about this life. What if it suddenly became clear to us why we’re on this planet? Not just at a collective level, but a personal one as well. What is it that my personal self, my specific soul, has come here to accomplish? I don’t know. Where do I even come from? I don’t know. Where am I supposed to be going? I really just… don’t know. I have all of these ideas swimming along the currents of my mind but it’s all very vague. And there are people who don’t even question these things. That’s what scares me I think… that there are souls out there who are truly lost, entirely caught up in the game of life… so much so that they have not even a glimmer of insight or even a desire to truly understand the depth of it all.

What if we remembered everything? What if some cosmic event caused all of the veils to be lifted in an instant. Picture it: You’re in the supermarket, pushing your cart down aisle 5 looking for the ingredients you need to make the perfect apple pie that you plan on bringing to the office party the next day. Everything is as normal as it can be… and then suddenly you freeze. Everyone around you stops. Everything is silent. It only lasts a few seconds but when you come back, everything is different. Suddenly, you remember it all. You remember who you are, not who your body identifies as. You remember why you chose the family you now spend your days with. You remember why you pursued that day job you hate with such a passion. You remember why everything is as it is.

Everyone surrounding you has the same look on their face. That same “Aha!” going through their mind. Everything starts making sense. The puzzle pieces slowly come together, instilling a sense of relief as each one finds its way back into its original position. Life starts to make sense. You realize that you are no different than that man who had just stolen the parking spot in front of the supermarket right as you were pulling in. You realize that the momentary hatred and anger you felt towards this person does not resonate with your true nature. Your nature is to feel love, to create love, and to be love. Happiness stems from love, not hate. You cannot hate and feel happiness. You cannot hate and feel joy. It is love that is the source of all these things… and you remember now that you, at your deepest core, are pure love.

Just imagine.

When you do the thing called “die” - that is, after you end your time with a physical body here on Earth - you will be given the opportunity for a Life Review. In fact, you will ask for it. You will want it. It will be a major part of the process by which you come to know more about yourself and about Life, by which you evolve.

During this Life Review process you will be allowed to experience every moment of your life, everything that you ever thought, said, or did. This experience will be comprehensive. The Five Agreements:

  1. Be impeccable with your word. Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using words to speak against yourself or to gossip about others.
  2. Don’t take anything personally. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
  3. Don’t make assumptions. Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstanding, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement you can completely transform your life.
  4. Always do your best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment. It will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.
  5. Be skeptical, but learn to listen. We don’t have to believe every message we hear; we don’t put our faith in lies. When our faith is not in lies, we quickly move beyond emotionless drama, victimization, and the limiting belief systems our “domestication” has programmed us with”

i just saw this on my dash and it’s not like it’s the first time i’ve seen this quote before, it’s just that it’s the first time it really hit me. i guess you could say this quote pretty much sums up a pretty big part of my life: my interactions with others. although, if you ask me, you can’t truly separate what you say from what you did and what you did from what you make someone feel. because the feelings you instill in someone tend to come from the words you say to them and from the things you do to them. it’s just that, those things don’t last… they fade. i even learned about it in class the other day, now that i think about it. we lose focus of the specifics and remember merely what it is that is most salient… our emotions. how we feel. so as long as i can feel confident that along my journey, i’ve left others with feelings of happiness and love… then i’m happy to say that i’ve found meaning in my life.
